We believe that the kids of our community should all know that they have the support of the entire community behind them. Here are a list of ways you can contribute:

1. Volunteer at the school. Orondo Elementary and Middle School is where most of the kids in the community attend. They can always use a friendly face to help play with kids at recess, decorate bulletin boards, or help out at family nights! Contact the office at 509-784-1333. Fill out volunteer forms here.

2. Orondo Community Scholarships is a local non-profit that awards scholarships to qualifying students who attended Orondo Elementary and Middle school once they graduate from high school and are moving on to further their education. Formed in 1994, initially as Dollars for Scholars, the  OCS board amazingly fundraises and awards scholarships every year. The annual raffle and Bingo Night festivities in the Orondo School gym the Friday before Halloween is their largest fundraiser.
